• The right to use your content to improve our AI features (anonymized and aggregated only)

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes beyond providing the Service without your explicit consent.

Our AI content generation features are provided as tools to assist you. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before posting. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

9. Service Availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECHOPOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EchoPost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
